Defect & Issues
Please inspect your item. If item is defective or received wrong item email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving item. Please include, pictures and clear description of issue.
Customer must pay for shipping to return item. Our shipping cost if non-refundable.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be notified once your return is received and inspected with approval or rejection and reason stated
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a code will be given to you with credit to be used on our site. All store credit is valid for one year.
